way your child would complete 3 hours by doing 30 minutes of physical
exercises. We should reduce the time of
kids sitting idle on watching TV, playing games, etc. Exercise for kids is
different if we compare them with adults. Exercise is kind of fun for your kids
and you need to make sure that they are doing it on a regular basis.
